Customer's satisfaction is our priority of TrendingGate and we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date your items were received. Please contact our Customer Service Team directly if you have any returns request

Defective items

In case of you receive faulty or broken items:
Take a picture (below 2MB) of the item send it to our Chat Center and we will be happy to review your case and resolve it within 24 hours. 

Sizing & Fitting

In case you receive an Item that does not fit:


We accept returns for refund or exchange. Please contact our Support Center and we will offer a solution within 24 hours.

PLEASE NOTE: We provide accurate sizing information on each product page. Please choose your size based on our size chart.

Incorrect items

  • In case you ordered the wrong Item or the wrong size:
  • We accept returns for refund or exchange.
  • Disclaimer: the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and insurance. They are non-refundable.
  • TrendingGate does not supply prepaid return labels.
  • US customers will be given a prepaid shipping label. The fee for this will be deducted from the refund.

In case you received a wrong item:

Please take a picture (below 2MB) of the incorrect item and attach it with the item code, and the packing information and send them to our Support Center. We will be happy to review your case and resolve it.

Missing Items/Accessories

Please check the shipping information on your account. Sometimes your order is shipped in separate packages.
If you receive all of your packages but one item or more ore missing. please take pictures of the packing information and send them to our Support Center. We will be happy to help you resolve this issue.

If you don't like your items for any reason, please contact our customer service and we will instruct you on how to return them.

Notes For Returns Items

Must be returned with the following characteristics: Unworn/used, unwashed, In their original state with all labels and tags, and having the original packaging. must follow the return instructions given by our staff via the Chat Center

The Items below are exempted from return:

Bodysuits. lingerie, sleepwear, swim-wear. jewelry, and accessories.
